1. Amazing Healing of an Unstitchable Cut on a Horse's Leg Dear Anne: Thanks so much for the info on the Emu Oil! As I told you, my daughter and I do a lot of showing with our quarter horses and I think I should tell you how I used the Emu Oil. I have a beautiful halter horse that got tangled up in some "down guttering." Her leg was so demolished it couldn't be stitched! It was very nasty. My vet came out to "doctor" her leg as best he could and he informed me that she would not be haltered again because this would scar so badly. I was in tears!! Besides paying a lot of money for her, I had years of training and time in her too! After 8 weeks of doing EXACTLY what the vet told me, her leg was not even beginning to heal. The vet said if she had but it 1/32 of an inch deeper, it would have cut through her tendon and it would take quite a while to heal. It would not heal for anything! When you came into my work, and told me about the Emu Oil, I must admit that I was saying to myself, "It's never going to work!" If the vet couldn't heal it, how could this stuff work? I gave it a try for a week, being skeptical the entire time, but low and behold the difference in my horse's leg in just a week was dramatic! The second week was the greatest! The vet came out to recheck "Lucy" and was amazed. Not only was it healing from the inside but the hair was already trying to grow back! Now, three and a half months after the cut happened and 4 weeks after I started using the oil, Lucy's leg is completely healed and I'm starting to ride her again! I can't thank you enough! 2. Emu Oil Helped the Cat's Burnt Paws It was a typical quiet evening - daughter watching TV, mom in the rocker in front of the woodburner, reading. Add the three cats, "sunbathing" in the warmth at my feet. I used to think of Rocket as the most intelligent of the three - but he stood up, stretched, and jumped up onto the stove! I screamed, the cat leaped - and raced behind the couch, obviously in pain, favoring one paw especially! We caught him (he started out as a half-starved, wild kitten, abandoned in the garage) - while I held him, Krista dipped his paws in Emu Oil. The little pads were burning hot - and obviously hurting. I held him for a while, then locked him in the bathroom. An hour later, we repeated the process, then locked him in for the night. This morning, as I opened the cat food, he ran to the kitchen normally! This evening, he seemed to be walking stiffly again, so we just soaked the paws again. Tell me - what did we do before we had Emu Oil??????

4. Emu Oil Saved the Pet and the Wallet! Dear Anne, When our German shepherd became dehydrated and constipated, I was really worried. Everyone I met had a horror story about how their friend or family ended up spending thousands of dollars on pets that needed surgery and developed complications for the same condition. We tried the pure pumpkin but it was mixing the Metamucil with pure emu oil that did the trick. He loved the emu oil, and we had no problems getting him to eat it. It must have helped him relax enough to push everything out. We also gave him the emu oil because his initial problem was with his hips. He couldn't get down low enough to drink water on the slippery kitchen floor. Now that he is feeling good, he is starting to come around with his hips. I want everyone to know how wonderful emu oil is for pets. What a wonderful way to save my dog (and my wallet). Sincerely, Cynthea Sabolich
